Harmony Counseling Services is a group practice grounded in authenticity, presence, and meaningful human connection. Our clinicians share a relational, trauma-informed approach while bringing their own unique perspectives to the work.

Andrea Arias, LCSW
Founder & Clinical Director
Hi, I'm Andrea.

I believe therapy works best when you’re met as a real person, not reduced to a label or treated like a problem to be fixed. My work is about helping people feel understood in a way that allows them to trust themselves and move through life with more clarity and confidence.

I’m a Latina psychotherapist, and my cultural lens shapes how I listen and connect with people. Authenticity matters to me — in therapy and in life. Clients often tell me they trust me because they feel genuinely seen and understood, not analyzed or rushed. There’s space here to explore thoughtfully, feel deeply, and be honest without having to explain or justify yourself.

While diagnoses can be helpful for making sense of patterns and guiding treatment, they are not who you are. In our work together, they’re used as tools, not identities, while keeping your full humanity at the center.

Connection to the body has been an important part of my own life and clinical work. As an athlete and someone who feels deeply, I’ve seen how reconnecting with bodily awareness can help people build self-trust, especially those who tend to live in their heads.

My work is relational and trauma-informed. I use approaches such as EMDR and somatic therapy, always grounded in safety, honesty, and a real human connection.

Harmony Counseling Services grew from this way of working. I created this practice to be a thoughtful, grounded space where people are treated as whole, complex humans. As the founder and clinical director, I’m intentional about building a practice rooted in integrity, care, and respect — for both clients and clinicians.

If you’re considering therapy and aren’t sure where to begin, that’s okay. We can start there.

Anthony Faggioli IV, AMFT
Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD symptoms, relationship challenges, and periods of transition. I believe therapy works best when you are seen as a whole person, not defined by a diagnosis or reduced to a set of problems.

My approach is collaborative and grounded primarily in Narrative Therapy, while also integrating elements of Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused work. I view therapy as a space where we can step back from patterns or stories that feel limiting and begin exploring new ways of understanding yourself and your experiences.

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, caught in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, or emotional pain that can start to feel permanent. I believe these experiences are not who you are. Together, we work to make sense of what you’re going through, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and intentional.

I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels thoughtful, supportive, and genuinely human. Clients often describe feeling heard and respected in our work together. I value curiosity, honesty, and humor when appropriate, and I’m committed to walking alongside you as you build clarity, agency, and trust in yourself.

I practice under the supervision of Andrea Arias, LCSW #105817.
